NASHVILLE, Tenn. — TNB-Fitness, the city’s only women-focused gym, will host a Barbell Workshop for Women on Saturday, October 25, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at its facility located at 509 Craighead Street, Suite 100.
The workshop is designed for women who already exercise regularly but want to build confidence and skill in barbell training. Participants will receive hands-on coaching in foundational lifts including the low-bar back squat, bench press, and deadlift. If time allows, the overhead press will also be introduced.

Attendees will learn to identify the hallmarks of proper technique, understand barbell safety, and troubleshoot common mistakes. The session will also cover programming strategies to help women build strength effectively and sustainably. The workshop will wrap up with a live Q&A session to ensure participants leave with actionable tools for their training.
“This workshop is about giving women the confidence to step under the bar and understand not just the movements, but how strength training can become a lasting part of their fitness journey,” said Tash Weddle, CEO and founder of TNB Fitness.
The event is capped at 13 participants, with early registration encouraged. The cost is $88.
