Ahead of the official studio opening, the Los Angeles–based brand will host a public grand opening celebration on Saturday, October 25, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., inviting the Nashville community to experience a morning of movement, mindfulness, and modern wellness.

A Day of Movement and Recovery
The celebration will kick off with free community workout classes held on the sand volleyball courts at SandBar. Fitness enthusiasts can join a morning class led by D1 Training, followed by a dynamic session hosted by The Format and TrueForm. Hydration will be provided by local favorite E+ROSE, ensuring guests stay refreshed throughout the workouts.
After the sweat sessions, guests are invited to tour the brand-new studio and enjoy complimentary wellness treatments, including Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, and Compression Therapy—all offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional premium services such as IV Drips, NAD Shots, and VitaShots will be available for pre-reservation at a special grand opening rate.
