Nashville’s First SAVA Sound Pod for Advanced Vibroacoustic Therapy Is Here

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Framework, the pioneering wellness studio known for bringing sauna and cold plunge therapy to Nashville, has unveiled its latest addition: the Tersa SAVA Sound Pod, a cutting-edge vibroacoustic therapy experience and the first of its kind in the city.

Set to open to the public on Monday, April 28, with early access for members the weekend prior, the SAVA Sound Pod offers a science-backed, full-body sensory experience designed to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance sleep, and support mental clarity and cognitive health.

What is the SAVA Sound Pod?

Created by injury rehab and pain management expert Ray Kelly and produced in collaboration with musical director Nick Littlemore (of Empire of the Sun, PNAU, and collaborations with Elton John), the SAVA Sound Pod uses patented vibroacoustic technology and spatial sound to deliver a unique healing experience. Unlike traditional sound therapy, this system allows users to feel the music through targeted sound frequencies that interact directly with the nervous system.

“It’s like tuning your body like a radio signal,” explained Kelly. “The Pod plays science-backed sounds at a cellular level to bring your body and mind into a more desired state of balance.”

A Natural Extension of Framework’s Mission

Framework founder, Allen Penn, launched the studio to bring the benefits of contrast therapy—alternating hot sauna and cold plunge—in a social setting. With the addition of SAVA, Framework now offers a multisensory path to wellness that continues to focus on small, accessible practices with big health impacts.

“We created Framework to help people use small doses of powerful tools like heat, cold, and community to feel better, think more clearly, and live with more intention,” said Penn. “SAVA is a natural extension of that mission.”

Each 22–44-minute SAVA session offers guests two experience modes: Calm, which supports relaxation and grounding, and Create, which enhances mental clarity and creativity. Whether used as a pre-sauna intention-setting ritual, a post-plunge reset, or a standalone session, the SAVA Sound Pod adds a new layer of recovery and well-being to the Framework experience.

Timely Health Benefits

The arrival of SAVA therapy in Nashville comes amid rising health concerns. According to recent data:

  • 57% of American adults say they need more sleep (Gallup, 2024).

  • 43% report increased anxiety year-over-year (American Psychiatric Association, 2024).

  • Nearly 7 million Americans over 65 are currently living with Alzheimer’s disease (Alzheimer’s Association, 2024).

Emerging therapies like SAVA offer promising support in these areas, overlapping with proven benefits from traditional sauna and cold exposure for nervous system regulation, cognitive function, and mood improvement.

The SAVA Sound Pod at Framework will be available for online booking starting April 28. Sessions are open to both members and non-members, with limited early access available to Framework’s current community.
