Over Night Oats Recipe
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk (of choice)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla Topping suggestions:
1/4 cup diced apples
1 tablespoon pecans
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoons cinnamon OR
1/2 banana sliced 1 tablespoons Nutella
1 tablespoons chocolate chips
1. Place all base ingredients into a glass bowl and mix until combined
2. Cover the glass container with a little plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight.
3. Uncovered enjoy from the glass container the next day.
4. Add your topping says desired.
