Fleet Feet and Body Fit Training Brentwood Team Up for a High-Energy Fitness Event

Brentwood, TN — Local fitness enthusiasts are in for a treat as Fleet Feet Nashville partners with Body Fit Training Brentwood  for an energizing fitness collaboration that combines cardio, strength training, and community spirit.

Dubbed “Run, Workout, Repeat!”, the event will be on Sunday, May 4 at 9:00am and kicks off with a 1-mile run or walk from Fleet Feet Brentwood to the BFT studio. Once at BFT, participants will take part in a guided strength training session led by professional trainers. The moderate-intensity workout is designed to build muscle and boost overall strength through a progressive program that accommodates all fitness levels. Trainers will provide personal guidance to ensure proper form and an inclusive experience for everyone. Registration is now open for all fitness levels.

After the workout, participants will run or walk another mile back to Fleet Feet, rounding out a well-balanced fitness session.

To cap off the event, attendees can enjoy post-workout recovery and wellness activations courtesy of several local partners including Lululemon, Pure Sweat + Float and NoF1 Wellness.

The event welcomes all paces and experience levels, making it perfect for anyone looking to challenge themselves or simply enjoy movement in a supportive community setting.
