Final Stop on the Fit Crawl: F45 Brentwood Hosts Special Olympics Event This Saturday!

Get ready, Brentwood—this Saturday, March 29th at 9:30 a.m., the Special Olympics Fit Crawl wraps up its final stop at F45 Training Brentwood, and it’s going to be a high-energy, high-impact morning you don’t want to miss.

This special workout session is more than just fitness—it celebrates movement, community, and purpose. You’ll sweat it out in an F45-style team workout, hear powerful stories from the Special Olympics Tennessee team, and get the chance to walk away with some awesome free swag.

More importantly, you’ll learn about the Train For Life program, an initiative that’s changing lives through fitness and inclusion for athletes with intellectual disabilities. Your presence makes a difference whether you’re showing up to move, give, or support the cause.

There are plenty of ways to get involved—from donations to volunteering—and there’s always fun to be had when you’re part of something bigger than yourself.

So, lace up, bring a friend, and join us this Saturday for a workout that gives back. We’ll see you there, Brentwood! Let’s make this final Fit Crawl stop the best one yet.
