NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Forza Pilates, the female-owned reformer Pilates studio known for its sleek, European-inspired design and athletic-focused workouts, has launched its first residency, Forza Atelier, at Soho House Nashville.
Located in the gym at Soho House’s Nashville outpost, the new bespoke studio suite delivers a concierge-level Pilates experience exclusively for members. The launch marks a significant expansion for the Wedgewood-Houston-based brand, founded by fitness coach and Soho House member Sydney Dumler.
“We’re thrilled to expand our wellness community and intentionally designed sanctuary beyond our flagship studio,” said Dumler. “Our team is proud to continue investing in the growing Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood and expand our offerings into Soho House Nashville’s special community and space.”
The new studio suite features six reformer machines and offers a full class schedule for Soho House Nashville members. Participants can join single sessions, purchase class packages, or opt into a “One-Week Teaser,” which grants unlimited class access for seven days — perfect for newcomers to the Forza Method.
At the core of Forza Atelier’s offerings is Dumler’s signature Forza Method, a contemporary, athletic Pilates style emphasizing eccentric muscle contractions and creative sequencing to help clients feel both longer and stronger.
The launch also coincides with Forza Pilates’ one-year anniversary. In just twelve months, the studio has expanded its presence through brand collaborations with national names like Jenni Kayne, 437, Sunlife Organics, and Free People Movement. It has also debuted Forza Academy, an 8-week Pilates instructor program, and hosted its first wellness retreat in the Hamptons.
In addition to fitness classes, Forza Atelier offers a curated retail selection featuring wellness and athleisure items from brands such as Splits59, Year of Ours, and The Upside — aligning with Forza’s broader mission to become a lifestyle brand rooted in wellness.
Forza Atelier is open seven days a week at 500 Houston Street in the Soho House Nashville gym.
