Thanksgiving always has a way of slowing us down just long enough to look back and realize how far we’ve come. For Nashville Fit, 2025 has been a year of robust growth—fueled by community, strengthened by collaboration, and grounded in our shared mission to make Middle Tennessee healthier, more connected, and more inspired.
And as we gather around tables with family and friends, it feels right to take a moment and say what we don’t say nearly enough: thank you.
Thank you to our gyms, trainers, studios, wellness pros, partners, ambassadors, and every single person who showed up—online, at events, in the pages of the magazine, or through the brand-new NFM App. You are the heartbeat of everything we do.
This year was bursting with energy. We kicked things off with events that brought thousands of Nashvillians together to sweat, celebrate, and step into a healthier lifestyle:
- Music City Fit Expo grew bigger, louder, and stronger than ever, introducing new gyms, local businesses, and brands to our community.
- Our Fit Games, Fit Crawl, and workout pop-ups gave people a chance to try something new, meet new friends, and find workouts that actually fit their lives.
- We expanded our partnerships with studios and wellness professionals across Middle Tennessee, offering more classes, more options, and more reasons to get moving.
Whether it was a packed local workout, a sunrise run, or a booth filled with swag and smiles, this year reminded us that fitness is always better when it’s shared.
We didn’t just grow in numbers—we grew in mission.
Our Rise Up Nashville initiative gained momentum, serving our unhoused neighbors through warmth, resources, dignity, and community connection. We joined forces with Metro Nashville, WellPoint, Proclamation Church, Salt Project, and countless volunteers who refused to let anyone be forgotten.
We launched new partnerships in the corporate wellness space, supported small businesses through WellPro Thrive, and leaned deeper into collaboration than ever before.
This city has proven again that wellness isn’t just about reps or protein shakes—it’s about showing up for people who need you.
2025 was also the year Nashville Fit expanded its ecosystem:
- The NFM App officially launched, giving our community access to workouts, nutrition guides, local deals, wellness resources, event calendars, and the digital magazine—all in one place.
- New cities began preparing to join the City Fit Network, setting the stage for a national movement built on local relationships.
- We scaled our podcast platforms, magazine distribution, corporate wellness initiatives, and marketing partnerships to help more businesses grow and more people feel supported in their health journey.
- We launched Chattanooga Fit, and the growth has been monumental.
We dreamed bigger—and then we built the systems to make it real.
But more than anything, this year was about the moments:
The trainer saw their class hit capacity for the first time.
The gym owner who finally felt seen.
The chiropractor who connected with the perfect client through one article.
The new mom who found confidence again at a workout event.
The business that took a chance on a collaboration and watched everything shift.
We got to celebrate more openings, more milestones, more wins, and more people stepping into their purpose than we can count.
Those stories are why Nashville Fit exists.
As we head into the holidays, we are overwhelmed with gratitude—for this community, this mission, and this movement we get to build together.
Thank you for reading.
Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for trusting us to lift your voice, your story, and your business.
And thank you for letting us serve this incredible city year after year.
We’re just getting started.
Happy Thanksgiving, Nashville.
Here’s to a strong finish, an inspired future, and a community that never stops rising.
