December 3, 2018 | NASHVILLE, TN — Music City’s first upscale sports bar The Ainsworth is releasing a completely plant-based burger to the public on Friday, Dec. 7. Dubbed “The Booth Burger,” it was created in partnership with Shawn Booth, Boothcamp Gym founder and former “The Bachelorette” season 11 contestant.
“I’m a big fan of The Ainsworth myself and I’m very excited to have a burger on the menu,” said Booth. “I couldn’t be more thrilled that they now have a location here in Nashville. The Booth Burger is completely vegan and gluten free while packing a serious punch.”
The Booth Burger is made entirely of ingredients derived from plants. The patty consists primarily of black beans blended with spices and a soy-based protein, making for an enjoyable texture. The toppings include lettuce, tomato, onion, banana peppers, red pepper ranch and kettle-cooked potato chips, served atop a gluten-free bun. Guests will be offered the choice between a side salad or fries to accompany the burger, which will be priced at $17.
To celebrate the burger’s launch, The Ainsworth will be holding an event on Friday, Dec. 7 starting at 8 p.m. The event will be open to the public and The Booth Burger will be available for purchase, along with additional menu items and cocktails.
With each purchase of The Booth Burger, $1 will be donated to Deckers Dogs––a foundation founded by Eric and Jessie Decker that helps fund the rescue, care and training of service dogs for disabled military veterans.
The addition of this completely vegan dish to the menu is part of The Ainsworth’s commitment to cater to guests of all dietary preferences and restrictions.
