Everyone’s first barre3 class is FREE September 20 – October 20
Sept 26, 2019 | BRENTWOOD, TN – Barre3, a global network of studios and the innovative leader of the barre fitness movement, will open its newest location in the Brentwood, Tennessee area this Friday, Sept. 20 at 4908 Thoroughbred Ln. To celebrate the barre3 Brentwood opening, Co-Owners Jessie Ganick and Francie Corcoran will be offering everyone’s first class for free throughout the grand opening month.
Since launching in 2008, barre3 has grown to over 140 studios around the globe, building a worldwide community of fiercely loyal fans who are inspired by healthy, balanced living and captivated by the full-body workouts in studios and online. A modern evolution of barre created by fitness expert, Sadie Lincoln, barre3 offers a full body, balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness.
Ganick notes that opening this Brentwood studio was a dedicated work of passion, embracing the opportunity to create a supportive community of health and wellness in her home town.
“I discovered barre3 in college when I was studying at the University of Knoxville,” said Ganick. “There was something magical about the atmosphere and community, and I quickly fell in love with the classes, instructors and welcoming staff that made me feel strong and challenged. It has been my dream to bring barre3 to the Brentwood area for several years, and I look forward to sharing my dedication to fitness and wellness with our community.”
Barre3 is a full-body mindful workout that delivers remarkable results from the inside out. You’ll be guided through sustained holds, muscle-burning micro-movements, and heart-pumping cardio bursts. The barre3 signature approach will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
Fisher adds, “Barre3’s mission is to make fitness accessible to anyone, anywhere. Our classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome, and Jessie and I look forward to helping redefine what success in fitness truly means. We are excited to finally be opening our studio doors – a project we have been working on for more than a year – and we can’t wait to connect with the Brentwood community in a few days.”
Barre3 Brentwood is the third location to open in the Greater Nashville area. The Brentwood studio joins Nashville studios in the Gulch and on White Bridge Rd. The studio is located in the Merchants Walk shopping center near the intersection of Franklin Rd. and Old Hickory Blvd. For more information about barre3 Brentwood, please visit the studio website at barre3Brentwood.com or call us at 629-203-6065.
