August 4, 2020 | Nashville, TN – Barre3 Nashville is offering virtual LIVESTREAM classes, outdoor classes, and socially distanced studio classes upon their reopening. Barre3 Nashville has two locations: 501 12th Ave South in the Gulch and 73 White Bridge Road in West Nashville. Barre3 offers a full body, balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness.
Since opening in 2014, barre3 Nashville has fostered a community of fiercely loyal fans who are inspired by healthy, balanced living and captivated by the full-body workouts in studio and online videos.
Holly Coltea, co-owner of barre3 Nashville, notes that reopening the studio was a dedicated work of passion, of embracing a flexible mindset, and taking the opportunity to create a supportive community of health and wellness in the midst of a pandemic. “My goal was to create a safe place for Nashville to move and to find connections. We decided day two of our forced closure, to serve our community through LIVESTREAM classes via ZOOM. Our actual studio closed, but we opened our virtual studio right away, and it remains open.”
“Never have I experienced a workout that makes me feel so strong, challenged and mindful all at once,” says Coltea. “Practicing barre3 makes me feel balanced all day long, and I’m so glad I’m able to continue to share it. In this present moment, I believe we need barre3 more than ever.”
Barre3 Nashville outdoor classes are held every weekday morning in the Gulch’s Grace’s Alley (directly in front of the studio door) and every Friday afternoon at Centennial Park (directly in front of the Parthenon) . Studio classes are held with less than half capacity & six feet spacing markers, highly disinfected props, with extra precautions to air flow and ventilation. Extra cleaning and disinfecting procedures are in place. Barre3 Nashville has even installed an ionization unit to ensure their indoor space is purified and completely safe for use.
“We temperature check; screen with COVID-19 questions; and require masks upon entry. While we provide and sanitize all props before and after use, we also encourage our clients to bring their own props. By offering these options at both of our locations, we hope to meet our community where they are. This also keeps our team strong and healthy–ready to give wholeheartedly to this beloved community.
Barre3 is a full-body mindful workout that delivers remarkable results from the inside out. You’ll be guided through sustained holds, muscle-burning micro-movements, and heart-pumping cardio bursts. The barre3 signature approach will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
