The 3rd annual Music City Fit Expo is happening on July 20th and 21st in Nashville, Tennessee. Even if you don’t consider yourself a regular fitness enthusiast, you should still check out this awesome 2-day event.

1. It’s a fitness expo.
With over 100+ vendors in a 100,000 sq ft facility, you can learn all about the latest fitness trends from industry experts while you are trying new products and services that could change your fitness game or kickstart a new routine for you. There is so much to do, we had to make it two days!
2. Watch fitness competitions.
The Music City Fit Expo will host three fitness competitions including a functional fitness competition, a Strongman competition and a Calisthenics event. You’ll be in awe at the power and strength of some of these athletes and walk away truly inspired. Heck. You might even want to compete next year!
3. Workout in a 100,000 sq. ft. facility.
After watching everything from tire flips to powerlifting to handstand walks and rowing, you’ll want a sweat session of your own. Good news. We’ll have free workout classes on Sunday the 21st hosted by some of our favorite vendors. Sign-up for a free class when you purchase a ticket.
4. There is something for everyone.
The Music City Fit Expo is comprised of a huge variety of gyms, brands, products and services, so no matter what your preferred fitness activity is, you’ll be sure to find something to fit your lifestyle – and hopefully some new workout ideas to take home too!

Best part about the Expo, there is no need to get dressed up! Keep it casual with your favorite workout clothes and athleisure wear. Then stock up on new gear while you are there to take home!
