Yields: 1 serving
Ingredients:
3/4 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt (I used siggi’s vanilla bean yogurt)
1/2 packet (20 grams) Kura vanilla protein powder (or vanilla protein of choice)
6-1 inch frozen banana slices
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Toppings:
fresh figs, sliced
raw pumpkin seeds
chia seeds
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients, except the topping ingredients, in a blender until smooth. Smoothie will be thick Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with sliced fresh figs, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds
