Nashville Fit Magazine Celebrates 10 Years with Glamorous Anniversary Party

Nashville Fit Magazine is turning 10 and we are celebrating in style. The city’s wellness and fitness community is invited to toast a decade of health, connection, and evolution at the official anniversary party. The event will take place on Saturday, Augst 2 and 6:00pm at the Hutton Hotel’s Analog space.

Tickets are $25 and include more than just entry to the celebration.

Attendees will receive an exclusive NFM swag bag, loaded with wellness products and samples from some of Nashville’s most beloved local fitness brands and marketing partners.

Jen Spice, a longtime team member and current brand ambassador for Nashville Fit Magazine, reflected on her personal journey and what the milestone means to her.

“I started my journey with NFM as an ambassador right after giving birth to my now 10-year-old son,” she shared. “It’s been incredible watching not just the magazine grow, but also the city’s fitness scene evolve. From CrossFit to hot yoga to cycling—seeing all the boutique studios and wellness offerings expand across Nashville has been so rewarding.”

Jen emphasized how NFM has become more than just a publication; it’s been a unifier for the city’s health-conscious crowd.

“It brought the community together. It made Nashville a more fit and aware city,” she said. “And working with local vendors, some who are still around, has been one of my favorite parts.”

Major sponsors for the event include Defiance Fuel, Optimize U, Vibrant Meals, and so many more.

Many of the night’s attendees are expected to be key players and influencers in Nashville’s health, fitness, and wellness circles. And yes—there is a dress code.

“Leave the sweatpants and yoga pants at home,” Spice laughed. “We’re putting on heels, dress shoes, and stepping it up. Think cocktail attire.”

A portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold will benefit Steps for Success, a  signature fundraising event organized by the Transformation Life Center, a nonprofit dedicated to equipping underserved youth with the skills, mentorship, and resources needed to flourish in school, career, and life.

Looking ahead, NFM hopes Middle Tennessee’s wellness movement continues to prioritize whole-person health.

“The next 10 years? I want to see more people taking care of all of themselves. Not just going to the gym, but prioritizing recovery, blood panels, nutrition—getting serious about longevity and feeling good in everyday life,” Jen adds.

With cocktails flowing, live music playing, and some of the city’s most inspiring wellness voices in the room, tonight’s event promises to be a can’t-miss moment for Nashville’s fitness community.
