On Saturday, October 17, 2026, Nashville Fit went live from Richard Siegel Park in Murfreesboro for the Special Olympics Tennessee State Fall Games. If you missed the broadcast, or want to relive the best moments, the full replay is below.
Tennessee’s second-largest Special Olympics event
The State Fall Games started in 2023 and quickly grew into Special Olympics Tennessee’s second-largest annual event. Held in Smyrna and Murfreesboro, the Games bring athletes and Unified partners from across the state together to compete in flag football, bowling, fitness and cornhole, along with Young Athletes activities for the youngest participants. This year, more than 1,000 delegates took part, including athletes, Unified partners and coaches.
What you’ll see in the replay
- Flag football from the outdoor fields at Richard Siegel Park to open the morning.
- Fitness Is a Sport, broadcast from inside, celebrating athletes who train and compete in fitness.
- Interviews with athletes, coaches, families and the people who make the Games happen.
- A whole lot of sportsmanship, inclusion and joy, the heart of the Special Olympics oath: “Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt.”
