WATCH: Kinnection Clinic is Transforming Health Through Chiropractic, Functional Medicine & Family Care

NASHVILLE, TN — Nestled in the heart of Cool Springs, Kinnection Clinic is more than just a chiropractic office, it’s a holistic, family-centered clinic bringing next-level care to Middle Tennessee.

Led by founder and chiropractor Dr. Lars Gunnar, the clinic has quickly gained a loyal following through a mix of specialized chiropractic services, advanced regenerative therapies, and a team passionate about treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

And the story of how it all started? A story to remember.

“We moved to Tennessee in December 2020 and picked a spot on the map,” said Dr. Gunnar. “I started seeing patients out of our home on accident. People started showing up with X-rays.”

After outgrowing the home office and then a gym closet setup, Gunnar found a permanent space seven months later. Today, Kinnection Clinic is a booming facility with a team of doctors, a nurse practitioner, and a full suite of services including chiropractic care, IV therapy, peptide treatments, functional medicine, hormone analysis, and more.

Not Your Average Chiropractor

Dr. Gunnar practices a rare and highly specialized form of chiropractic care known as Gonstead which is used for complex spine injuries and neurological cases. With only about 500 practitioners worldwide, it’s clear this just any adjustment treatment.

“We specialize in people who are really hurting, from those who’ve had failed back surgeries to those who deal with chronic migraines,” he said. “We require X-rays or MRIs before we treat anyone. It’s all about precision.”

Alongside Dr. Gunner is Dr. Zach Williams, a Southern California native and former professional baseball player who brings both athletic insight and personal experience to his practice.

“My youngest patient was 18 hours old. My oldest is 99,” Dr. Zach shared. “If you have a spine, we can probably help you.”

Functional Medicine That’s Changing Lives

Beyond chiropractic care, the clinic offers cutting-edge regenerative and functional medicine. Nurse Practitioner Kasar Findi, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, brings a dynamic medical background spanning family practice, endocrinology, aesthetics, addiction recovery, and now, functional medicine. She is licensed to treat in several states across the country and is ready to use her expertise and education for your benefit.

Kasar emphasized the importance of a full-body approach: “We start with a comprehensive blood panel and tailor treatments to your goals, whether that’s hormone therapy, peptide therapy, stem cells, or even ozone infusion.”

One of her favorite success stories? A 60-year-old patient who was on blood pressure and cholesterol meds. After some minor dietary tweaks and starting peptide therapy, she’s now off all of her prescriptions.

“We’re not just handing out band-aids. We’re helping people get to the root cause and live better lives.”

The Culture: Family First

True to its name, Kinnection Clinic is deeply rooted in family values, starting with Dr. Gunnar’s daughter, Aria, who made a guest appearance during our visit.

“It’s important that people feel at home when they walk through our doors,” said Kasar. “Healthcare doesn’t have to feel clinical. It can feel personal, and beautiful, and welcoming.”

What’s Next?

The clinic continues to evolve. Their newest pursuit? EBOO therapy, a cutting-edge form of ozone blood treatment combined with UV light detoxification. It’s the next frontier in removing toxins, heavy metals, and improving whole-body health.

Whether you’re struggling with chronic pain, interested in preventative health, or simply want to explore functional therapies in a supportive, down-to-earth environment, Kinnection Clinic might be exactly what you’re looking for.
