Downtown Nashville is getting another major rooftop destination, this time bringing together the worlds of live music, nightlife, and elevated hospitality in one of Broadway’s most recognizable venues.
Palm Tree Crew, the global lifestyle and entertainment company co-founded by international DJ and producer Kygo and Myles Shear, has announced the opening of Palm Tree Club Nashville on the rooftop of Eric Church’s Chief’s on Broadway. The new concept is slated to open to the public on Friday, Sept. 4, officially.
Located at the corner of Second Avenue and Broadway, Palm Tree Club Nashville will take over the rooftop of the six-story Chief’s entertainment complex, introducing Palm Tree Crew’s signature laid-back luxury atmosphere to the heart of Music City.
The approximately 300-person venue will feature an indoor-outdoor layout with VIP seating, premium hospitality offerings, and a dedicated DJ booth, all overlooking downtown Nashville with views of Broadway and Nissan Stadium.
“We’ve always believed the best hospitality experiences bring people together in iconic settings, and this unique open-air concept is designed to do exactly that,” said Myles Shear, co-founder of Palm Tree Crew.
For Palm Tree Crew, Nashville represents a natural extension of a brand built around the intersection of music, travel, hospitality and culture. The company has become known internationally for its Palm Tree Music Festivals, which have taken place in destinations including Saint Barths, West Palm Beach, The Hamptons, Aspen, Montecito and Napa.
Its hospitality portfolio has also continued to grow with Palm Tree Club locations in Miami, Orlando and Kansas City, along with Palm Tree Beach Club in Las Vegas.
Nashville, however, brings the concept directly into one of the country’s most active live entertainment districts.

More Than Another Broadway Rooftop
While Broadway certainly isn’t short on rooftop bars, Palm Tree Club Nashville is being designed as more than another place to grab a drink overlooking downtown.
The venue will operate as a year-round platform for live performances, DJ sets, brand activations, sponsored events, and creator-led experiences. Weekly programming and curated events are expected to give the rooftop an identity that stretches beyond the traditional Broadway nightlife experience.
That approach also fits naturally with Chief’s on Broadway.
Created around the musical legacy of Eric Church, Chief’s has quickly established itself as a multifaceted entertainment destination. The six-story property includes bars and dining, a broadcast studio that is home to Church’s Outsiders Radio on SiriusXM, and a ticketed live music venue spanning the third and fourth floors.
The addition of Palm Tree Club gives the building another distinct entertainment experience while bringing a globally recognized hospitality brand to its rooftop.
The partnership also brings together Palm Tree Crew and AJ Capital Partners, further connecting the new concept with Nashville’s growing reputation as a destination for hospitality, entertainment and experience-driven development.
For locals, Palm Tree Club Nashville could offer a different reason to head downtown. For visitors, it adds another high-profile destination to a Broadway corridor that continues to evolve well beyond its honky-tonk roots.
