Nashville Fit Is Growing: Meet Our Sister Cities in Chattanooga, Knoxville and Columbus

When Nashville Fit started, the idea was simple: tell the stories of the people, businesses and communities that make Music City healthier. Today that idea spans print and digital publishing, podcasts, YouTube, live events, video production and a community of trainers, coaches, practitioners and wellness businesses we’re proud to call family.

Now we’re taking that model on the road.

One mission, more cities

We believe a healthier city takes healthy people, healthy businesses and healthy communities. That doesn’t stop at the Davidson County line. So we’re building a network of city fitness-media brands, each one run for its own city, telling its own stories, and connected to the rest of the family.

Here’s who’s in the lineup:

  • Chattanooga Fit – Our first step outside Nashville, covering fitness, wellness and active living in the Scenic City.
  • Knox City Fit Media – Our newest home in Knoxville, built for the 865’s runners, lifters, trail lovers and the local businesses that keep them moving.
  • Cap City Fit Media – Our first market outside Tennessee, bringing the same community-first approach to Columbus, Ohio and the 614.

Local first, never copy-and-paste

Every city has its own races, trails, gyms, studios, chefs and success stories. Each of our sister brands is built to reflect its own city, not to be a copy of Nashville. What they share is the Nashville Fit playbook: great content, real community and a platform that helps good local businesses grow.

What this means for Nashville

Nashville is still home, and Nashville Fit isn’t going anywhere. If anything, this growth gives our readers, partners and advertisers more:

  • More stories. Shared content, training tips and trends from four fitness communities instead of one.
  • More reach for partners. Brands that want to connect with health-minded audiences across multiple cities can now do it through one relationship.
  • More connection. Cross-city events, collaborations and friendly competition are on the way.

Growth with a purpose

Giving back isn’t a side project for us. It’s built into how we operate. A portion of what we earn goes into our donor-advised fund, the Good Moves Community Fund, which supports work serving the unhoused and disenfranchised members of our community, the neighbors who too often go without access to basic health and wellness resources.

In Middle Tennessee, that commitment shows up through efforts like Rise Up, which brings organizations, businesses and volunteers together to serve our unhoused neighbors with dignity, and Self-Care Saturdays, free wellness events that make movement and healthy living accessible to everyday families.

As we grow, that commitment grows with us. Every city in the family carries the same giveback model, supporting the unhoused and disenfranchised in its own community. When you read, partner or advertise with any of our brands, you’re helping make that possible.

Want to help right now? You can give directly to the Good Moves Community Fund anytime. Every gift supports organizations serving unhoused and disenfranchised neighbors in the communities we call home.

GIVE NOW

And we’re not done

Chattanooga, Knoxville and Columbus are just the beginning. We’re building toward a national network of city fitness-media brands, and we’ll share more as new cities come online.

If you have friends in any of our new cities, send them our way. And if you’re a business or brand interested in reaching health and wellness audiences across multiple markets, reach out to our team. We’d love to talk.

Great content. Stronger businesses. Meaningful connections. Healthier communities. Now in more cities.
