NASHVILLE, TN — Music City Muscle is turning up the heat this summer with a vibrant, community-wide Luau Potluck Party on Friday, July 5 at 4 p.m. The event, taking place at the gym’s 12th Avenue North location, promises an afternoon full of food, fun, and fitness-inspired island vibes.
