If LEVEL Wellness has been on your “I need to check that place out” list, November 5 is your opening. The Franklin wellness destination is hosting a Fall Open House, and the afternoon comes with plenty of reasons to stop scrolling and actually go inside.

Think a tour of the space, conversations with the team, local food, a DJ, and a custom hat situation that deserves a little attention. Yes, really.

The event takes place Thursday, November 5, from 3–6 p.m. at LEVEL’s Franklin location, 512 Autumn Springs Court. It’s a relaxed way to get familiar with the services, meet the people behind them, and see what might fit into your routine before the holiday calendar takes over.

Get to know LEVEL

The open house will introduce guests to LEVEL’s aesthetics, recovery, diagnostics, chiropractic, personal training, and massage offerings. Teams from across those services will be there, giving visitors a chance to ask questions and get a closer look at the space in a low-pressure setting.

There is a lot to explore. LEVEL’s broader service menu includes body composition testing, one-on-one and small-group personal training, medical aesthetics, and recovery options such as infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy, and cold plunge.

If you’ve been curious about any of those, start with the practical questions. What does a first appointment look like? How do the services work together? What’s available individually, and what comes with a membership? LEVEL offers individual services and packages alongside memberships, so there are different ways to get acquainted.

For anyone who has opened six tabs trying to understand a wellness menu, a conversation with the actual team sounds pretty appealing.

A few very good extras

LEVEL is bringing in local favorites to help make an afternoon of it. Juniper Green will provide light bites, while a DJ, photo booth, and balloon-wall photo moment add to the festivities.

LEVEL lists complimentary custom hats from The Custom Cowgirl, valued at $175 each, and complimentary custom scents from Scents N Shades among the perks. Add in specials available only in person and advertised raffle giveaways worth up to $3,500, and there’s plenty happening beyond the tour.

One detail worth putting in the group text: LEVEL says the first 25 guests will receive gift bags valued at $500 or more. If that has your attention, plan your arrival accordingly.

Make it a Thursday plan

Bring a friend, bring your questions, and give yourself time to look around. An open house is a useful first step when you’re curious about a place but still figuring out where to begin. The hats are a fun bonus. Meeting the people you might actually book with is the part worth taking your time with.
