In The Kitchen W/ Haven PB Cup Pudding
Try this delicious recipe from Haven’s Kitchen. It’s easy to make and will knock your socks right off!!
Ingredients: 1/2 Organic peanut butter
4 Tbsp of raw cacao powder
2 Tbsp of coconut sugar
4 cups of unsweetened almond milk
1 Tsp of vanilla extract
1 Cup of raw oats
1/2 Cup chia seeds
In a sauce pan of medium-low heat, add the peanut butter, cacao powder, coconut sugar, and almond milk. Bring mixture to boil, mixing continuously. Remove the pot from heat, add in the vanilla and stir. Set aside to cool for 5-10 min. Add oats and chia seeds to mixing bowl, and pour liquid mixture over top. Whisk well and make sure all of the chia seeds and oats are coated well. Allow mixture to sit for 5-10 minutes, until it has thickened Divide the mixture into four mason jars and, once cooled, top them with their lids Serve immediately, or store in refrigerator up to one week. You can serve the pudding hot or cold. Stir well before serving. If it’s too think, you can add a bit more almond milk. Enjoy! Makes 4 pudding cups. Follow Haven on instagram @heart_haven
