HYLO Fitness Is Now Open on Charlotte Avenue

Two rooms, six class formats, and one membership give Nashville a new way
to train.

West Nashville has a new fitness destination, and it is not asking members to choose between a
hard-charging conditioning workout and a slower, controlled strength session. HYLO Fitness is now open at 4017 Charlotte Avenue with two distinct studio experiences operating under one roof.

The concept is built around balance. On one side, HY delivers music-driven interval training using bikes, benches, rowers and floor work. On the other, LO offers heated, mat-based classes inspired by Pilates, barre and yoga. Both sides are included in the same membership, making it easier to build intensity, strength, mobility and recovery into one routine.

Meet HY,
HY is the higher-intensity half of the studio. Each 45-minute class rotates through four stations:
bike, bench, rower and floor. The programming changes according to the class focus, so members can select the kind of challenge they want that day.

Shred focuses on conditioning, stamina and longer work periods.

Sculpt centers resistance training and controlled total-body strength work.

Power emphasizes speed, explosiveness and athletic performance.

Meet LO, LO shifts the energy without eliminating the work. Classes take place in a studio heated to 90 degrees and use controlled, beat-based movement to build strength, stability and mobility.

Core is Pilates-inspired and focuses on deep core activation, stability and total-body strength.

Pulse uses barre-inspired movements to build muscular endurance and postural strength.

Flo takes a more athletic approach to Vinyasa-inspired movement, mobility and conditioning. Why the dual studio model makes sense.

The best training plans are rarely built around one intensity level. Some days call for heavier strength and conditioning; others call for mobility, stability, and more controlled movement. HYLO puts both options on the schedule without requiring members to piece together memberships at multiple studios.

That variety may also make consistency easier. Someone who loves HIIT can add a heated Core or Flo class without leaving the building, while a Pilates or barre regular can experiment with strength and conditioning in a coached group environment.
What to know before your first class HYLO describes every class as coach-led and community-focused, and beginners can choose a format that matches their current fitness level. Because LO classes are heated and HY classes include interval work, arrive hydrated, give the coach a heads-up about injuries or limitations, and take the modifications you need. A successful first class does not require winning the room.
The Nashville studio is located at 4017 Charlotte Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee 37209. Class schedules and introductory booking information are available through HYLO’s website.

The Nashville Fit take
Nashville’s boutique fitness scene keeps growing, but HYLO’s two-room format gives this opening a clear point of difference. It offers the energy of a performance-driven group workout and the control of heated mat work in one place. Whether you walk in feeling HY, LO, or somewhere in between, there is a class designed to meet you there.
