From felon to entrepreneur, Tennessee’s RJ Savage turned his life around. Despite growing up in a loving household, the IFBB (International Federation of BodyBuilding and Fitness) bodybuilder found himself down the path of drugs and criminal activity. After hitting rock bottom, there was only one way to go – up. 
Fast forward to 2022 — RJ married former Olympia competitor and Nashville Fit Show Promotor, Whitney Wiser Savage. Driven by faith and wellness, the power couple is best known for pushing each other and inspiring greatness in others along the way. 
We caught up with RJ as he was finishing up some personal training at Gym5 in East Nashville. The pro bodybuilder has the heart so big you can see it from across the room. In our interview, he took us back to the beginning of his life when he almost lost it all.
