By Eden Daniel
In our Transformation Issue, Eden Daniel shared the story of Josue, the founder of Swole Dough, who lost 175 pounds and built a low-calorie, low-sugar cookie dough brand around one idea: healthy eating doesn’t have to mean deprivation. Here’s the recipe that ran alongside that story, Eden’s original no-bake keto cheesecake made with Swole Dough’s Cookies and Cream batter.
