Clip In 4: The Cure Returns to GEODIS Park for a High-Energy Day of Fitness and Impact

Nashville is getting ready to clip in, turn up the music, and ride for a cause that impacts countless families across our community.

Vanderbilt Health’s 5th Annual Clip In 4 The Cure returns Saturday, Oct. 3, bringing together fitness, music, and community at GEODIS Park for one of Nashville’s most energetic fundraising events. From 8 a.m. to noon, teams will take over the home of Nashville Soccer Club for a morning built around movement and a shared mission: supporting lifesaving cancer research and innovative patient care.

Clip In 4 The Cure is Nashville’s premier team cycling event benefiting cancer research and initiatives at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center and Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Now in its fifth year, the event has grown into much more than a spin class. It’s a full-scale fitness experience where athletes, families, spectators, and supporters can come together and make an impact.
Former Nashville SC player Taylor Washington will serve as this year’s official emcee, helping bring the energy as teams take on four relay-style spin sessions led by some of Nashville’s top instructors.
The concept is simple: start a team, join an existing team, or register as a free agent. Each team shares one bike throughout the four sessions, allowing riders to tag in, cheer each other on, and experience the event together. Whether you’re an experienced cyclist or someone who simply wants to get moving for a great cause, Clip In 4 The Cure is designed to make everyone feel like part of the team.

And you definitely don’t have to spend the entire morning on a bike.

Throughout GEODIS Park, participants and spectators can expect live DJs, off-bike fitness classes, kids’ activities, vendors, giveaways, and plenty of opportunities to experience Nashville’s fitness community. Kids and spectator tickets are available, making this an event the entire family can enjoy.
The fundraising begins before riders ever clip into the pedals. Participants can create a personal fundraising page during registration and rally friends, family, and coworkers behind their team. Along the way, fundraisers can earn incentives ranging from T-shirts and fitness apparel to concert tickets and more.

But the biggest reward is knowing where that effort goes.
Every dollar raised supports cancer research and patient care through Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center and Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Every team formed, every mile ridden, and every donation helps researchers and medical professionals continue their work toward better treatments, better outcomes, and, ultimately, a world without cancer.

That makes Oct. 3 about much more than fitness. It’s about showing what can happen when a community puts its energy behind something bigger than itself.

Grab your friends, coworkers, gym crew,, or family and build a team. Start fundraising, bring the energy, and get ready to Clip In 4 The Cure.
