NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Nashville is set to ring in the new year with a fitness class crawl, an innovative wellness event that combines multiple workout styles, recovery services, and a symbolic lantern release ceremony at the end.

Event Details

Recircuit takes place on Saturday, January 3rd from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with doors opening at 8:30 AM.

Classes run until mid-afternoon, followed by a lantern release ceremony at 5:00 PM at the hill at the Adventure Science Center, where participants will release their past year and future aspirations with lanterns flying over Broadway.

The entire experience unfolds at a secret warehouse space in Wedgewood, Houston owned by Full Circle, the team behind Deep Tropics.

The event features a tiered pricing system designed to accommodate different levels of participation. A $15 base ticket provides access to the brand village and space. For those wanting to participate in classes, additional tokens can be purchased: $5 for one class, $10 for three classes, or $15 for unlimited classes (bringing the total to $30 for full access). Alternatively, attendees can choose to come solely for the lantern ceremony if that’s how they wish to start their new year.

Diverse Fitness Offerings

The fitness crawl features a comprehensive range of workout styles including run club, yoga, bootcamp, Pilates, cycle classes, and sound bath. The day follows what organizers describe as a “somatic flow,” beginning with more intense workouts, peaking with cycle and strength portions, and transitioning to reset activities later in the day, ultimately culminating in the intention-setting ceremony.

Beyond fitness classes, the event offers extensive recovery and wellness services including massage, sound bed therapy, oxygen bar, red light therapy and leg compression. These services complement the fitness programming and align with the event’s holistic approach to wellness.

Partnerships and Sponsorships

This event is a collaboration between established, Vinyl Wellness, and Full Circle, the team behind Deep Tropics Music Festival & Deep Culture.

Other activations include sound bath provided by presenting sponsor, Elevation Central with Red Bull be onsite providing DJ services for each class throughout the day including handing out their popular drinks.

Participating fitness studios and instructors include Shed Fitness, Carbon Performance, and Club Vita. The event also features an interactive brand expo where fitness goers can explore various class types but wellness services curated by Kristen Dray of Vinyl Wellness.

New Years Benefit

According to one of the event organizers at established, Jen Spice and Lauren Robinson say it’s important to showcase different ways of moving your body. “The best way to keep resolutions is to find a way to make fitness fun. Movement isn’t an obligation, it is an opportunity. All we ask is that you have a love for movement — and of course, a good time!” Robinson said. “This is a way in which you can try different workouts, different services, and find something that works for you that you can carry into the new year, and create a system that makes sense.”

Tickets for Recircit are available on Tixr, with the exact venue address provided upon purchase.
