June 9, 2019 | NASHVILLE, TN – Results Fitness, Nashville’s first boutique personal training/group fitness studio, located on Nashville’s historic Music Row, is now partnering with Foundation Wellness, LLC, a Middle Tennessee-based firm that provides wellness services for businesses and organizations. Results is working with Foundation to provide corporate events and retreats, seminars and workshops, nutrition consulting, massage therapy, and more to their clientele at 1617 16th Avenue South, as well as the fitness spaces they manage at 222 Second Avenue South, and Twelve Twelve, a luxury condominium tower in the Gulch. In addition, Results will be powering the fitness side of operations as an unbranded partner of Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance at the new TOA Performance Center located at 215 Gothic Court in Franklin, TN (formerly home of A-Game Sportsplex), and Foundation will be assisting in this endeavor as well.
Foundation Wellness creates customized plans for businesses from a comprehensive menu of services. Since its inception in 2015, Foundation has also worked with individuals and community groups to provide wellness-related services. In this vein, Results Owners Roy Dano and Josh Rogers are now working with FW to offer this type of programming, both on the corporate and community ends of the spectrum, to its already robust personal training and group-exercise clientele. “We are super excited to partner with Miller Chandler and Foundation Wellness,” states Rogers, Results Co-Owner and “Trainer to the Stars,” about the new venture. “Now, we can truly offer a one-stop shop for all your fitness needs with personal training, small-group personal training, group-fitness classes, registered dietitians, massage therapists, yoga, Pilates, corporate wellness programs, retreats, and lunch and learns. Results Fitness plus Foundation Wellness equals the perfect Foundation for Results.”
Chandler, a native of the Nashville area, who has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years, leads with a “boots on the ground” approach, visiting corporate clients on a regular basis and providing services tailored to the needs of the particular organization. He started Foundation Wellness, because he could see the need for a more hands-on approach in the industry, one that relies less on remote monitoring and more focused on personalized coaching and consulting. “I know from experience that building personal relationships leads to much greater success for our clients,” Chandler asserts, and this is the approach that he and his team are bringing to the table in their partnership with Results. Among the businesses and corporations that FW has worked with are Tractor Supply Company, AmSurg, Parks Realty, Churchill Mortgage, and local law firm Bone McAllester Norton. The partnership with Results Fitness opens the door to many more corporate clients, as well as connections to Results’ already booming fitness business on Music Row.
